Cruise Night #3 - June 20th, 2008

We had another great showing, 45 cars Friday night and you
could not ask for better weather. It's great to see people having a good time,
relaxing and enjoying the evening. The trivia had people thinking and brought
back fond memories. And speaking of memories, two cars that made an appearance
and also a big hit on the TV screen were the Starsky and Hutch Ford Torino
and Smokey and the Bandit Firebird Trans AM
.
There were also cars that have made their first appearance at our Westgate Mall Cruise. We would like to thank everyone that came out, and we would also like to thank our sponsors. The "Best of Cruise" plaque was award to Scott Smith and his '56 Ford Crown Victoria.

Well, the Cruise season has begun and what a beautiful Friday night is was. First off, the members of the Lehigh Valley Legends Car Club would like to thank each and every one that came out to participate or just be a spectator last night. There were over 55 vehicles that participated. What an array of vehicles old cars, new cars, classics and antiques. Everyone enjoyed the music, had fun answering Trivia questions and being awarded for the correct answer and some people went home with door prizes and even a winner of the 50/50 drawing (I'll call it the "Supplemental Gas Fund" ). There also was a plaque presentation for "Best of Cruise", and that went to Wayne Young and his '49 Mercury Led Sled (pics below).
